To whom it may concern,
I'd like to take a minute to write a note about my experience with Kristine Ramirez. My girlfriend and I have been together for 7 years, and after all of this time I was finally in a position to buy an engagement ring and ask her to marry me. It was a really stressful time because I was so focused on getting every aspect and intricate detail just right so that I could give her the memory and experience of a proposal that she deserved. We were staying at what is considered a "deluxe" Disney Hotel, equipped with a concierge that I thought was there to help you navigate the area and handle special requests.
I wanted to set up the room so that when we got back from dinner it was romantic, just something to add to the memory of her proposal day. Unfortunately, when I contacted the concierge at the hotel to try and set up the room and make it a little more special and to make dinner reservations I was given the restaurant number to make my own reservations, and I was told that any food I wanted sent up for after dinner would be done through room service, and that any flowers had to be done through a local florist, and that any other considerations I wanted would have to be done on my own time when I was there. Honestly, I've never required any services from a concierge before, but I thought that they were generally more helpful then this. I tried calling a few more times over the next couple of days hoping to find someone a little more helpful, but I was always told the same thing.
Frankly, I was shocked. We were spending a lot of money to stay there. All I was asking was that someone help me on one of the biggest and most important days of our relationship, set up a package, and I would pay for it without having to stress about making all of the arrangements myself from out of town. So, in an act of desperation, I reached out to Kristine. I'd never met Kristine, I just knew of her through mutual contacts. She had absolutely NO reason to go out of her way and help me out. It wasn't her hotel, she didn't know us, and she didn't even live in the town we were going to. Still, I reached out to her and just hoped maybe she would be able to give me some advice.
Well, she was amazing. Not only did she call the hotel and work out an entire package for me, but she had one of the managers set it up personally, and she gave me great advice on little ways to make the night even more special then I would have thought of. She set it up so that while we were at dinner there were rose petals sprinkled from the door to the bed, then there was a giant heart made of rose petals on the bed. They also set up a bottle of wine, 2 glasses, a box of chocolates, and a special note that I had written to her and left with the front desk beforehand. The look on my fiance's face was priceless when she saw the room. It was honestly EVERYTHING I wanted and more. Classy, beautiful, sophisticated, simple, and perfect and it was all because of Kristine's help.
This is what a conceirge is to me. Someone that gets pleasure in making your experience better, and that's what Kristine did. It's obvious that she goes above and beyond the everyday service to make those that need her as happy and comfortable as she can . To sum it up, Kristine is exactly what I think a perfect conceirge is.
Anyone can feel free to contact me if they have any additional questions about my experience. IDGUofM@aol.com
Sincerely,
Ian German
